Stress at work
Feeling as if things are getting on top of you and you can't cope as you used to, particularly in highly-pressured work environments. Bullying and harassment at work seem to be increasingly problematic, and can lead to being off sick for long periods. Being in work is important to most people - whether to support themselves or their family, or to provide structure and meaning in life. I have worked with many people to help them to stay in work, or to get back into work after periods of being off sick.
